Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment using the Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Credit Card details are handled on a Secure Server.

Delivery Schedule
Products are dispatched subject to avaliabilty. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will dispatch your order once payment is recieved.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order up till March 31st of the following year for the calendar.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The Calendar Factory do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. In the event of your receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the item to Calendar Factory within 30 days. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement item and refund of the cost incurred by you in returning it to us.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered (the seven-day cooling off period).
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven-day cooling off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you.

At Calendar Factory we want you to be delighted every time you purchase an item from us. Occasionally however, we know that the goods can be damaged in transit, defective or incorrect. We also know that you have the right to a seven-day cooling off period.
