Question: What form of payments do you accept on your website?
Answer: We use Paypal to process our transactions. This allows us to accept credit card payments, as well as Paypal payments.

Question: Can I purchase merchandise, even if I don't have a Paypal account?
Answer: Yes, Paypal allows customers to purchase merchandise with their credit card without creating a standard Paypal bank account scheme.

Question: What currency do you accept?
Answer: Our system is setup to accept US dollars.

Question: Can I pay with another currency?
Answer: If you use a credit card the charge will be in US dollars. If you use a Paypal account, the currency will be deducted from your account and delivered to us in US dollars.

Question: How long should it take to receive my order?
Answer: Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Question: Can I track my delivery?
Answer: Yes, all orders are shipped via registered mail with delivery confirmation. This is added to our system and to the Paypal transaction. You will receive a notification from our system with the tracking number once it has been shipped.

Question: What happens if I do not receive my order.
Answer: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation. This allows you to see where you order is, and we can contact the shipping companies in case there are any problems.
